Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, request a quotation, instruct us to act, submit documents or make a payment to LEO TRAVELS. If you act for another traveller or applicant, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms and share their information on their behalf.

A quotation, invoice, itinerary, application checklist or supplier condition given for a particular service forms part of the agreement. If a specific written condition conflicts with these general terms, the specific condition applies to that service.

Our role and third-party services

LEO TRAVELS arranges and supports travel, ticketing, visa and related services. Airlines, hotels, insurers, government authorities, consulates, immigration bodies and other suppliers provide or decide many of those services independently.

Their schedules, eligibility rules, fare conditions, processing times and decisions apply in addition to these terms. We are not the airline, border authority or visa decision-maker and cannot control or guarantee their performance or decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Check every name, date, passport detail, destination, flight, baggage allowance, visa type and other booking or application detail before approving payment or submission.
• Provide complete, accurate, genuine and current documents and immediately tell us about errors or changes. You are responsible for consequences and costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, late or misleading information.
• Confirm passport validity, visas, transit permissions, health rules, insurance and entry requirements with the relevant authorities before travel.
• Attend appointments and flights on time and comply with airline, immigration, customs, employment and destination rules.

Prices, quotations and payment

Prices may change until full cleared payment is received and the supplier or authority confirms the service. Quotations may include supplier charges, government fees, taxes, currency conversion and LEO TRAVELS service fees. We will communicate the price available at the time of confirmation.

By paying, you authorise us to begin work and, where applicable, pay suppliers or authorities. You must use an authorised payment method and provide payment evidence when requested. Any additional amount caused by a customer-requested change, supplier repricing, authority requirement or currency difference must be paid before further processing.

Non-refundable payments

Once an airline ticket is issued, a reservation is confirmed, a visa or related application is prepared or submitted, work has begun, or funds have been committed to a supplier or authority, the payment is non-refundable by LEO TRAVELS except where the applicable supplier terms or mandatory law expressly require otherwise.

Visa and immigration payments remain non-refundable if an application is refused, delayed, withdrawn or no longer required. Airline refunds or credits, if any, are determined by the fare rules. Our service fees remain non-refundable for work performed. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes, cancellations and no-shows

All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, deadlines and supplier approval. Penalties, fare differences, authority charges and additional service fees may apply. A request is not completed until we confirm it in writing.

No-shows, missed deadlines, missed connections and unused services are normally non-refundable. If a supplier changes or cancels a service, the remedy available is limited to what that supplier provides and what applicable law requires; we will reasonably help you pursue it.

Visas, approvals and entry

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. An authority may request further documents, conduct checks, change a requirement, delay, refuse, cancel or revoke an approval at its discretion. A visa does not guarantee boarding or entry; final decisions rest with the airline and border authorities.

LEO TRAVELS is not responsible for losses arising solely from an authority's decision, an applicant's ineligibility or information supplied by the customer, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, or acts and omissions of independent suppliers or authorities. Our liability for a claim connected with our service will not exceed the service fees paid directly to LEO TRAVELS for the affected service, excluding amounts passed to third parties.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any mandatory consumer protection.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including airline disruption, system outages, government action, border closure, labour action, extreme weather, public-health events, conflict or supplier insolvency. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and assist where practical.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information and forms part of these terms. Website content is general information and may change. LEO TRAVELS names, branding, design and original content may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

Governing law and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly and fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Ajman. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Ajman will hear disputes, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms for future transactions; the version accepted when you instruct or pay us applies to that transaction unless a legal change requires otherwise.
