Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of the information we need to arrange travel and visa services, and how we handle it responsibly.

Information we collect

We collect information that you or an authorised representative provides when you contact us, request a quotation, make a booking, submit an application or use our website.

  • Identity and contact details, including name, date of birth, nationality, phone number, email and address.
  • Travel and immigration documents, including passport copies, photographs, visa records, itineraries and information required by airlines or authorities.
  • Booking, service and payment records. Card payments are handled by payment providers; we do not intentionally store full card numbers or security codes.
  • Messages, enquiries, feedback, device information and basic website usage data, including cookies where enabled.
02

How we use information

  • To provide quotations, reserve or issue tickets, prepare and submit visa or immigration-related applications, and deliver requested support.
  • To verify identity and documents, communicate status updates, collect payment, maintain transaction records and provide customer service.
  • To prevent fraud, protect our systems, meet legal and regulatory duties, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • To send service messages and, only where permitted, relevant offers. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
03

Who we share information with

We share only what is reasonably required to provide the service or comply with law. Because travel and visa services are international, recipients may be located outside your country.

  • Airlines, reservation systems, hotels, insurers, tour operators and other travel suppliers.
  • UAE and foreign immigration, border, consular, police and other government authorities or their authorised processing partners.
  • Payment processors, technology, communications, document-processing and professional service providers acting for us.
  • Regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect legitimate rights.
05

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, accounting, dispute handling and legal or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and authority requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

06

Cookies and external links

Our website may use essential and analytics technologies to operate, understand performance and improve the experience. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some features may work differently. Links to airline, authority, payment or social platforms are governed by those parties' own privacy notices.

07

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive information about how it is used. Some requests may be limited where records must be retained by law, a supplier or an authority.

08

Children's information

We process a child's information only when it is supplied by a parent, guardian or authorised representative for a travel or visa service. The person submitting it confirms they have authority to do so.

09

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, contact LEO TRAVELS through the contact details shown on this website.
